• Want to know the job will start on the date scheduled and agreed with you?
• Need to have confidence that everything will happen as promised and to be kept informed all the way along? We make a real effort in this respect.
• Expect to see testimonials from other satisfied customers? No problem.

Alan Durant Bathrooms and Kitchens is a small company trading since 1982 and the proprietor still prefers to oversee every contract personally, he says:

“as I have worked hands-on for so many years I find I have to stay close to every contract even though I do none of the physical work these days. This is why I still insist on meeting my customers face to face from the beginning. I do the initial survey, prepare the working plan, manage all aspects of administration and then see the contract through to completion. If my customer has any queries whilst the works are progressing, I am available to discuss things”.

Our fitters are highly skilled in the work they do and have worked for us for several years. We never rush a job but stay with it until finished. Disruption is kept to a minimum as we take into account the living circumstances of the customer as much as possible.
